Kirsten is a Nutrition and Dietetics student at Griffith University (Gold Coast) and lives/breathes all things food. Thanks to the wisdom of her mother, she is a firm believer that moderation (in everything) and being kind to yourself, is the key to living happily ever after. When she’s not at uni, she can be found at the beach or in the kitchen trying to be the best non-cook she can be.
