Phoebe was part way through a journalism degree in her hometown of Hobart when she heard there was a career which combined everything she loved: eating food, reading about food, and talking about food. Upon graduating, Phoebe started a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle. She is now in her third year, and has developed a keen interest in the areas of the non-diet approach, food production, and the nutritional powers of pistachio croissants.

When she’s not on her bicycle or in a rowing boat, you can find her with either a flat white or glass of red in hand; probably eating a pistachio croissant and dreaming of what she is going to make for dinner.
