Roxanne is an Accounting & Finance graduate from Melbourne University whose passion for health and food led her to pursue a career in Nutrition.

In her free time she runs The Lemon & Jar (thelemonandjar.com), where she shares recipes and captures her many ‘food-scapades’ (food escapades) through a camera lens. This self-proclaimed “hoarder of homewares, kitchen devotee, and photography enthusiast” enjoys pushing the envelope when it comes to healthy cooking.
